-) Clients must have at least 4 weeks of brow growth between every visit. Recommendations for when you should come back will be discussed individually at your First Visit.
-) All appointments require a 50% deposit to be made when scheduling. That deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of appointment. Each visit is allowed (ONE) reschedule with their deposit following. If you need to reschedule more than once, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to make another.
-) Clients must provide no less than 24 hours notice when canceling/rescheduling. Failure to provide enough notice will result in a 50% service fee, which will be taken from your deposit. In order to schedule another appointment, you will be required to make another deposit.
-) Every appointment has a 10 minute grace period. It is extremely important that each service starts on time, as we typically have clients scheduled very close to each other, and one late client can throw off the entire schedule. After 10 minutes, we will NOT be able to service you, and you will have to reschedule/cancel --resulting in a 50% service fee.
-) NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments will result in the FULL COST of the service. Strictly enforced.
